Accessibility

Drummonds is keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and take steps to ensure we can meet requirements.

If you would like to speak to a team member regarding an upcoming event and wish to discuss your accessibility requirements, please email us via our contact page.

Ticketing

For individuals with specific accessibility needs who would like to attend a performance at Drummonds, kindly contact us before purchasing or arriving by using our contact page. We are pleased to offer a complimentary ticket for personal assistants.

We recognise that our guests with accessibility requirements may require the presence of a companion, which is why we have implemented a 2-for-1 Ticket Policy for personal assistants accompanying individuals with accessibility needs. To arrange this, simply contact us via the form on our website.

It is crucial that you inform us if you need a personal assistant pass at the time of ticket purchase. We have limited seating capabilities and strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. However, please note that if you provide advanced notice, we may be able to provide a personal assistant pass due to space constraints.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience at Drummonds, so please get in touch with us as soon as possible, preferably when purchasing your ticket, to ensure that we can make the necessary arrangements for your requirements.
